Arrive For Service

When you arrive at our Service Drive, a Service Advisor will greet you with the appropriate safety equipment and attire to ensure a No-Contact experience. We'll warmly welcome you with a smile but will refrain from shaking your hand. We’ll practice appropriate social distancing and guide you on where to park your vehicle.

Remain in Your Vehicle While We’ll Check You In

Our Service Advisor continues to practice proper social distancing while doing an initial assessment of your vehicle. We’ll ask a few questions and then perform a complimentary multi-point inspection. Once finished, we’ll inform you of the results of the inspection. Before we take the vehicle, we’ll request your permission to wipe down the frequently touched surfaces.

Wait Comfortably In Our Lounge, Sitting Six Feet Apart From Others

We’re taking action to mitigate against the spread of the virus by following the guidelines put forth by the CDC. We’ve rearranged the guest seating areas for your safety. We’ve also increased the number of times our facilities staff cleans and disinfects common areas by sterilizing all customer-facing and employee common areas systematically throughout the day.

Once Your Repairs Are Complete, We Return Your Vehicle To You Thoroughly Disinfected

Our Service Department cleans your vehicle by dispersing a disinfecting solution into your vehicle before we return it to you. We’ll wipe down all of the commonly-touched areas of the vehicle. These areas include are but not limited to door handles, steering wheel, gear shift knobs, etc. We’ll also disinfect your keys for a safe and comfortable return trip home.

Easy Bill Pay - Practice Social Distancing Using Electronic Signature Software

When it’s time to pay your service bill, we’ll use electronic technology to check you out that allows us to complete the transaction without close contact. You can even check out safely from your own mobile device. We’ll text or email you a link that allows you to safely pay your bill or approve repairs while practicing proper social distancing.
