I saw these values reflected strongly in the automotive industry, and accordingly began my career in dealerships which, to me, reflected this type of “family” environment. I grew up loving cars – my first job in the automotive industry was with Mercedes-Benz of Farmington’s parent organization, and I couldn’t see ever working anywhere else. I graduated years ago from Colorado State University, and have now moved to Farmington with my significant other, Laura, and our English Bulldog (Winston) and French Bulldog puppy (Oscar). Having worked my way up from a client advisor to sales manager, director of corporate training and now general sales manager, I’ve seen our commitment to client-first practices executed and practiced at every level. After completing a tour in the military, in 1998 I entered the service side of the automobile business. Through hard work and an organic dedication to highline customer service, I moved up through the ranks, eventually becoming the fixed operations director for Mercedes-Benz of Farmington. I’ve always been a car guy, and genuinely enjoy building and nurturing longstanding relationships. I’m married to my lovely wife Daya, and have four beautiful children, with which I enjoy traveling and taking part in outdoor activities. My tenure in the automotive industry started in 1999 as a senior loan manager at a local credit union. Since then, I’ve worked with our parent organization as a client advisor, mentor, corporate trainer and sales manager.
As a native of the Rocky Mountain region, I enjoy hiking, camping, fishing and all measures of outdoor fun with my family. My wife and I live in nearby Syracuse with our two children (ages five and two), and two dogs. We appreciate what our beautiful state of Utah has to offer, and the community and friendships which have been built here. Besides cars, my other passion is fitness – it’s just as important to maintain a healthy human body as it is to maintain your vehicle. My tenure in the industry has brought me through everything from finance to sales, corporate training and management. My number-one priority is customer satisfaction. Though Colorado was my home for 16 years, I’m very proud to now reside in Utah, which embodies nearly everything I love about the Rocky Mountain region. I was a communications major at the University of Colorado, minoring in law studies. For my tenure with Mercedes-Benz of Farmington, I was drawn to our parent organization because of their strong reputation and innovative business philosophies.
