Zach in service took great care of us. Traveling across country in our sprinter van and check engine light came on. Zach got us in quickly for diagnostic and called around diligently to find part and another dealer to service our vehicle reducing our delay to hours instead of days.

I've had a number of opportunities to work with Hendrick servicing my 2016 Sprinter camper. On every occasion, he's been clear, concise, honest and understanding. When you're traveling in your RV and things go wrong, as they often do with a Sprinter, it's great to have Hendrick and his technicians on your side to get back on the road.
I was stuck in the Salt Lake City area last week after some big snow dumped and prevented me from driving back to Seattle. I live by another Mercedes dealership, seriously blocks away from one. but I make the trip to Farmington to have my cars serviced, and will only buy from the Farmington dealership. The service team are awesome, they keep me in the loop of what is going on with the service, they have pointed out and fixed things that I thought were normal, like wind noise that should have not been happening. They have even dropped my car off at my home. I will recommend them to everyone that owns or want's to own a Mercedes.

Had an issue with running out of gas... When I filled the tank back up and restarted.. the car it gave me an error code misfire cylinder 4. It was not the fuel pump, coils, plugs, head scratcher. The parts department in Farmington is the best out there. I always get solid advice and have been given options to save me money. Don't waste your time going to the other guys (Draper I'm talking to you) if you need the right parts on time at a reasonable price.
